You can perpetuate your horse with its head shape and its unique badge on this ceramic mug. Each cup can be designed according to your wishes with a drawing of your horse and freely selectable lettering, such as the name. It is great as a reminder of your own heart horse and as a gift for horse-loving people.
The mug will be designed by me based on photos of your animal. There should be at least one photo that shows your animal exactly from the front as it will be seen. Before the cup is produced, you will receive the draft again to give you feedback.
You can also send requests such as the color of the font, the color of the horse's head and the font (see photos for examples).
Please note that due to the way ceramic mugs are manufactured, slight errors can occur in the end product. Pinholes, glaze streaks, glaze color deviations, glaze gloss tolerances, impurities, iron stains and hallmarks do not constitute reasons for complaint.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
